  • Why haven’t I received my eGift Card?

    Your eGift card will be sent to the recipient email address entered at time of purchase. If you haven’t received your eGift card, please remember to check your junk/spam folder. If you are still unable to locate your eGift card, please email our Gift Card Concierge with your order number for assistance.

  • What is the expected processing and delivery time for gift cards?

    Physical gift card orders received by 12:00pm PST Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00pm PST Monday – Friday and on weekends / holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. Physical gift cards are sent via FedEx with delivery times varying based on the selected option chosen. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.  Please note at this time, weekend delivery is not available.

    eGift card orders are subject to verification. Orders received before 4:00pm PST Monday – Friday (except holidays) will be processed and sent the same day. Orders received after 4:00pm PST Monday – Friday and on weekends / holidays will be processed and sent within 24 hours.

    Some orders may require additional processing / shipping time due to seasonality and processing requirements.

  • Can gift cards be ordered by telephone?

    Currently gift cards are only available for purchase online or in person at any Montage or Pendry Hotels & Resorts destination.

  • Can I purchase a gift card valued at more than $2,000?

    The maximum balance on a gift card cannot exceed $2,000, however you may purchase multiple gift cards totaling up to $10,000, per day, per purchaser.

  • Will my gift card expire?

    Montage and Pendry Hotel & Resorts gift cards do not expire.

  • How do I protect my gift card balance?

    The best way to protect the balance on your Montage and Pendry Hotels & Resorts gift cards and eGift cards is to register them. During registration, you will be asked to enter your e-mail address, create a password and provide your gift card number.

  • What can gift cards be used for?

    Gift cards can be redeemed at any Montage Hotels & Resorts or Pendry Hotel & Resorts location. Gift cards can be used for accommodations, select dining, spa services and more. Unfortunately, gift cards and eGift cards cannot not be redeemed at restaurants operated by third parties. Please contact the restaurant directly to confirm prior to making a reservation.

    Gift cards cannot be used for purchases made through our online retail stores, Shop Montage and Shop Pendry.

  • Do I need to be a hotel guest to use my gift card?

    No, gift cards can be used to pay for dining or spa services any time you are visiting one of our hotels or resorts.

  • Can Montage International gift cards and eGift cards be used to make a room reservation?

    No, Montage International gift cards and eGift cards cannot be used to make a room reservation. A valid credit card at the time of booking is required to reserve a stay.

  • Can I redeem my gift card for cash?

    No, gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

  • Are gift cards refundable?

    Gift cards are nonrefundable and sales are final.

  • What if I do not redeem the full value of the gift card at once?

    The full value of your gift card does not need to be redeemed at once. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from your gift card and the remaining balance will remain on the card for future use.

  • How can I check my gift card balance?

    You may login to your account or email our Gift Card Concierge with the full gift card number for assistance. Please note that the phone number 1-866-794-4839, printed on the back of our older 16-digit gift cards is no longer in service, however your gift card is still valid.

  • What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen?

    In the unfortunate event your gift card is lost or stolen, please login to your account and report it as lost/stolen. Then email our Gift Card Concierge to request a balance transfer to a new gift card. The replacement gift card will be shipped to you at no cost. If the gift card is not registered, you will need to provide an order number or receipt.
