Why haven’t I received my eGift Card?
Your eGift Card will be sent to the recipient email address entered at time of purchase. If you haven’t received your eGift Card, please remember to check your junk/spam folder. If you are still unable to locate your eGift Card, please email our Gift Card Specialists with your order number for assistance.
What is the expected processing and delivery time for gift cards?
Physical gift card orders received by 1:00pm pacific-time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00pm pacific-time Monday through Friday and on weekends / holidays will be shipped the next business day.
E-gift card orders are subject to verification. Orders received by 4:00pm pacific-time Monday through Friday (except holidays) will be processed and sent the same day. Orders received after 4:00pm pacific-time Monday through Friday and on weekends / holidays will be processed and sent within 24 hours.
Some orders may require additional processing / shipping time due to seasonality and processing requirements.
Will my gift card expire?
Gift cards do not expire.
Do I need to activate or register my gift card?
Gift cards do not need to be activated or registered and can be used immediately.
What can gift cards be used for?
Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Montage Hotels & Resorts or Pendry Hotel & Resorts location. Gift Cards can be used for accommodations, dining, spa services and more.
Do I need to be a hotel guest to use my gift card?
No, gift cards can be used to pay for dining or spa services any time you are visiting one of our hotels or resorts.
Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
No, gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
What if I do not redeem the full value of the gift card at once?
The full value of your gift card does not need to be redeemed at once. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from your gift card and the remaining balance will remain on the card for future use.
What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen?
To replace the remaining value on a lost, stolen or damaged card with the original purchase receipt, please email our Gift Card Specialists.
