What opportunities do you offer students and recent graduates?
We offer internships for students currently enrolled in college or university both domestically and internationally. Many entry-level opportunities are available, including our IMPACT program for recent graduates.

What are the eligibility requirements for the internship program?
To be considered for an internship, you must be currently enrolled in college or university, and working toward a degree in hospitality, culinary arts or a related field.

Does Montage International provide housing for students?
Many of our locations do offer housing. Please speak with the hiring manager about the job you’re applying for.

What does the application/interview process entail?
All candidates begin their career journey by applying through our Montage International careers site. The interview process will start with an introductory call, followed by a formal interview. Should you apply and interview during an on-campus event, this process may differ slightly.

Do you sponsor international students?
Montage International sponsors J-1 6-month or 12-month visas across our Culinary, Food & Beverage and Rooms operations.

What are the eligibility requirements for the IMPACT program?
Candidates must have at least a 2-year degree in hospitality, tourism, restaurant management, culinary arts or a related field.

Will I be guaranteed direct placement upon completion of the program?
Rising seniors and recent graduates may be eligible for direct placement in a variety of early career opportunities, depending on the current needs of our properties. Our University Relations team will keep in touch to inform you of the latest opportunities for rehire.
