Scope of Policy: Montage International (hereafter referred to as the “Company”) recognizes that our associates as well as friends and family of our associates may wish to enjoy a stay at our properties from time to time. Personal experience at our properties increases knowledge of the
product and services we provide to our guests, further developing passion and excitement about the Company as an employer of choice. Therefore, the Company believes it is a smart investment to provide the Discovery Program, which includes discounted hotel accommodations for our associates and their friends and families at Montage and Pendry properties, in accordance with the guidelines specified below.

The Company also recognizes that our associates may wish to shop our retail outlets. Montage International believes it is important for our associates to represent the property and thus allow access to purchase retail items at a discounted rate. The Discovery Program has recently expanded from a 25% retail discount to 40% for associates (see details below).
